Paul writes, “Somehow, at our camp last year (2024), this idea began to circulate, a new camp event where we’d embrace a playful ‘Shirtcocking and Daisy Ducking’ theme, set to classical music, while serving Tequila Sunrises and watching the sunrise over the Playa.”

Classical Tequila Camp is an independent, unplaced gathering of friends who have been camping together since 2011. In the mornings, gentle strains of classical music drift across our space as we welcome neighbors and wandering travelers to join us for our crepe service. We offer favorites like Ham & Cheese and Banana & Nutella, with the possibility of additional, more adventurous creations to enliven your morning.

Paul Delathauwer’s work is featured in several museums including the 2018 exhibit No Spectators at the Smithsonian’s Renwick Gallery in Washington D.C. He designs original art for Burning Man including installations, pendants, pins, patches and awards.
