DORKS, 2022 Patch by Paul Delathauwer

Started by John Marx i 2022, Drivers of Rocket Kars (DORKS) is a group of Rocket Car owners who drive on Playa and the default world.  The inspiration comes from a group of buyers who purchased David Best’s Rocket Car from the Sotheby’s Burning Man Fundraising Auction in 2021.

Paul Delathauwer’s work is featured in several museums including the 2018 exhibit No Spectators at the Smithsonian’s Renwick Gallery in Washington D.C. He designs original art for Burning Man including installations, pendants, pins, patches and awards.
