This is fine, 2021 Sticker by Hugo Mermet Bouvier.
A  tribute sticker of PP150.

At the end of the Plan B event one group of Burners left behind a rented Porto which was full. It later was caught in a fierce Dust Storm, knocking it over and spilling sewerage on the Playa. The Burn community was outraged and tracked them down. It was cleaned up. This pendant commemorates that moment in history with rich metaphors of the Stenciled PP150 marked Porto and owned by a equipment rental company in the Pacific Northwest.
