Ticket information was a simple postcard via a mailing list that Burners would sign up for. Tickets were sold in 2008 for $110 to $295 and no Parking Permit was needed at this time. 2008 was the start of Low Income, Student Scholarships and available Walk-in Ticket Outlets.
