From Mark Pickett, “Idea began with Jared talking about how much he disliked Furries and there should be permits to get rid of them. It sparked a laugh filled conversation about having an annual hunting permit which people could use to bag and tag ’em. That rolled over to other permits for common Burning Man characters which is how Sparkle Pony Wrangling Permits and Wook Abatement Permits came to be. Wook’s also came out of the Waking Dreams theme because we knew what we were heading into for 2022. We’ve got a few more ideas in store for coming  years so keep an eye out for more!”
