Cristina writes, “We also changed the artwork a bit to show that we power the man and we want to celebrate our five-year anniversary so we figured putting an “established 2021” would do that.”

The Renewables for Artists Team (RAT) is an all-volunteer community group that mentors Burning Man artists and theme camps in transitioning from fossil-fuel generators to renewable energy. For Black Rock City 2026, they are actively accepting mentees for their Targeted Guidance Mentoring Program to help participants design and build solar-powered systems for their installations.
