Lovely Nikki and Knotty Josh Goldsberry are visionary artists inspired to express the essence of Burning Man culture through unique creations.
Lovely has been a maker: painting, sculpting, and crafting in all forms for over 25 years, and for the past 13 years, her husband has gotten his hands deep in creating with her, learning the ways of craftsmanship, collaboration, and the joy of building something meaningful together. Their shared passion has evolved into a vibrant expression of art and love.
The Playa has always given them exactly what they didn’t know they needed. It stripped away the noise and left only what mattered: purpose, connection, creation… and the courage to share it. Each year, they’ve marveled at the miraculous handmade jewelry gifted by fellow burners, tiny time capsules of love and intention, worn proudly through the dust. One year, while sitting on a fuzzy, sun-baked art car in deep conversation, someone handed them a handmade necklace. Their hearts dropped and a giant smile shaped their faces. They wore it for the rest of the burn and still hang it on their wall at home, a reminder of that exact feeling, being seen. Being chosen. Being part of something sacred. That moment changed something in them. They knew they wanted to create that same experience for others. So they started creating. From patches to stickers and now jewelry. Crafted not just to be worn, but to be felt. To say: I see you. You matter. You are part of this beautiful, dusty miracle, too.
The true art of creating from the heart and giving without condition. The idea that gifting is more than a gesture, it’s a soul offering. To them, it’s more than art or jewelry. It’s a symbol of connection.
“This is our art. This is our gift. This is our way of saying thank you, Burning Man, for giving us the courage to be fully, wildly, unapologetically us.”
