Snowflake, 2022 Pendant by Melissa (Foam) Alexander.
Melissa writes, “The other side of the pendant shows a cello. For many years our camp supported the Black Rock Philharmonic and one of our camp’s founders, Roger Wu, played the cello. Hence the cello on the back. The other founder is Sean Orlando and that snowflake design was created earlyish in our camp’s history under his direction I expect. I borrowed it for use in the pendant which I jokingly called “a special snowflake” pendant.”

Melissa A –
I made this pendant for our camp “Frozen Oasis” in 2022. One side is a snowflake. The artwork was made by a member of Five Ton Crane -not sure who. The artwork was originally a large wall decoration which I converted into the pendant. The there side of the pendant shows a cello. For many years our camp supported the Black Rock Philharmonic and one of our camps founders, Roger, played the cello. Hence the cello on the back.
